Day3 witnessed the visit of B V Pattabhiram, the famous hipnotist and writer of several books on psychology. He spent few hours in the book fair visiting the stalls and interacting with the committee members. Another attraction of the day was the stage presentation given by e-Telugu about the Spread of Telugu in the Internet. This gallery captures glimpses of these events.

Day4 marked the release of book on Dr. Nataraja Ramakrishna, noted PeriNi Sivatandavam artist. The release function also included the felicitation of Dr. Ramakrishna. Sri Mandali Buddha Prasad, Minister and Sri Potturi Venkateswara Rao were the guests at the fuction.

Day6 saw the visits of well known people like Dr. C Narayana Reddy, Hipnotist Nagesh and others. Sri B. S. Ramulu's book Telangana Kathalu was released by si.naa.re. This album stores some of the images of the day.

www.hyderabadbookfair.com is inaugurated by Sri K Nageswar, MLC. Later he spoke on the effects of the global economic melt down on Indian Economy.
2008 Book Fair Day8
Famous psycho analyst and magician Sri B V Pattabhiram and noted educationist Sri Chukka Ramayya, MLC conducted an interactive session on Day 10 with students and parents. People participated in the programme with enthusiasm.
2008 Book Fair Day9
The highlight of Day9 was the felicitation ceremony conducted by the Book Fair committe in honour of those who strived to get the Classical status for Telugu. Sri ABK Prasad, Sri Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, Smt Avula Manjulatha and others were felicitated in the function. AG Krishnamurthy's book was also released on this day.

Valedictory function was conducted on the last day of the Book Fair, with Srimati PurandesWari, Union Minister as chief guest. Sri B V Raghavulu, Secretary, CPI (M), AP was the other guest at the function.
